Terms of use

1. General

This document is a public offer by the Rocket VPN service administration (the “Provider”) to give access to the Rocket VPN service (the “Service”) through the Telegram bot @Rock3tVPN_bot, the website tg-rocket.duckdns.org and the account area.

The agreement takes effect at your first payment or when you activate the free trial. From that moment you (the “User”) accept these terms in full.

2. What is provided

The Provider gives the User access to the Service's servers through a personal subscription link for the period paid for. On paid plans the Provider sets no limits on speed, traffic volume or the number of devices, and support requests are handled with priority.

The free trial is provided once per account, for two devices and with a 100 GB traffic limit. All other conditions are the same. Paying for a subscription removes these limits.

The Service is a technical means of transmitting data. The Provider does not control or inspect which resources the User connects to.

3. Account and key

• The key and the subscription link are personal. Passing them to third parties, publishing or reselling them is prohibited.
• The User is responsible for keeping access to their Telegram account and to their Service account, including the second factor and the backup key.
• Actions taken from the User's account are deemed taken by the User.
• Access can be recovered, but proof of ownership is required. With nothing to prove it, access is not restored — otherwise recovery would become a way to take someone else's account.

4. Acceptable use

The Service must not be used for:

• anything unlawful under the law of the User's country or of the country the server is located in;
• spam, phishing or distribution of malware;
• scanning, password brute-forcing, DDoS or other attacks on third parties;
• circumventing restrictions in order to commit an offence;
• reselling access or building a competing service on top of it.

Breaking these rules is grounds for immediate suspension without a refund.

5. Payment

• Prices are shown in roubles on the site and in the bot and may change. A change does not affect a period already paid for.
• Payment is possible with Telegram Stars, with crypto via CryptoBot, and by an SBP transfer handled by an operator.
• Money is credited to the User's internal balance, which the subscription is paid from. Whatever is left does not expire.
• The internal balance is an accounting unit of the Service, not electronic money; no interest accrues on it.
• Auto-renewal is opt-in and can be switched off at any time. When it is on, the charge is taken from the internal balance.

6. Refunds

The service is deemed rendered as access is provided.

• If the Service did not work for the User through the Provider's fault and support could not fix it, the User may claim a refund within 7 days of payment. The unused part of the period is refunded.
• An unspent internal balance is refunded on request, less payment system fees.
• No refund is due where access was suspended for breaching section 4, or where the cause was an ISP's actions or state-level blocking — that is outside the Provider's control.
• Claims go through support @myrocketvpn_support and are handled within 10 business days.

7. Referral programme

The User may invite others and earn rewards: 7 days of subscription for each invited person who starts the free trial (with no paid subscription, the days are added to the first purchase), and 30% of the invited person's top-ups into a referral wallet that can be withdrawn. Self-invites, fake accounts and any gaming of the scheme are grounds to void the rewards and block the account.

8. Liability

• The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation: maintenance, hosting failures and ISP-side blocking happen.
• The Provider is not responsible for the User's actions online or for the contents of transmitted data.
• The Provider's liability is in any case limited to the value of the paid and unused part of the subscription.

9. Termination

The User may stop using the Service at any time. The Provider may suspend or terminate access for a breach of section 4, for attempts to harm the Service or other users, and where the law requires it.

10. Changes

The Provider may change these terms. Material changes are announced in the channel and the bot at least 7 days in advance. Continued use after they take effect means acceptance.
